
A dynamic life coach and speaker, LaNier Turner-Frazier is the author of The Football Wives Playbook: 9 Plays To A Winning Life. She partners with the wives of professional, college and high school football coaches and players who want to win in life. Known for her empowering and motivational style, LaNier teams up with football wives to decide what they want to accomplish in life, develop a personal game plan and execute their plan to achieve winning results in every area of their lives.
As a head coach’s wife for over 10 years, LaNier brings experience, empathy and an earnest commitment to the success of fellow wives. She is the host of a weekly radio show Football Wives Who Win on VoiceAmerica network and founder of the Football Wives Network which provides recognition, supportive resources and builds relationships between football wives on all levels.
LaNier received her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland University College and her master’s degree in Legal & Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore. Realizing she was passionate about encouraging others to win in life, she redirected her interests to becoming a life coach. LaNier received her life coach training through Coach University and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of the American Football Coaches Wives Association and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
LaNier is a native of Washington, D.C. and currently resides in Houston, TX with her husband, Henry C. Frazier, III, head football coach at Prairie View A&M University and their three children.
