LaNier Turner-Frazier

As a head coach’s wife for over 13 years, LaNier has experienced her share of the frustrations, challenges, and many sacrifices of being a football wife.  It was her desire to take charge of her life and help fellow wives do the same that led her to radically transform her mindset and lifestyle as a football wife.

Branded as “The Petite Powerhouse,” LaNier is passionate about empowering fellow football wives to maximize their personal and professional potential and win big in life. 

LaNier is the author of The Football Wives Playbook and host of Football Wives Radio. She is also founder of the Football Wives Network and member of the American Football Coaches Wives Association. She is a dynamic speaker who consistently delivers a power-packed message to audiences.
